Printing and postage are not in the monthly price. They are charged at cost and the figure is shown before anything is sent, so you are never charged for a stamp you did not agree to.
The money questions
- What happens when the free ones run out?
- Nothing you have made goes away. The next time you go to start a pack we ask you to pick a plan, and your packs are available again straight away.
- Do I need a card to sign up?
- No. You give us a card when you take a plan and not before.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your own billing page. You keep the month you have paid for.
- What if a pack comes out wrong?
- The designs are generated by AI, and sometimes a detail is wrong. You see every pack before it is printed. If one is not good enough, delete it and it does not count towards your monthly packs.
- Do unused packs roll over?
- No. Your packs reset on the first of the month.
- Is there a contract?
- No. It is a monthly subscription and you stop it when you want to.
