Printing and postage are the one thing not in the monthly price. They are charged at cost and the figure is shown before anything is sent, so you are never billed for a stamp you did not agree to.
The money questions
- What happens when the free ones run out?
- Nothing you have made goes away. The next time you go to start a pack we ask you to pick a plan, and your packs are available again straight away.
- Do I need a card to sign up?
- No. You give us a card when you take a plan and not before.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your own billing page. You keep the month you have paid for.
- What if a pack comes out wrong?
- Tell us. If it is our fault the pack goes back on your allowance and the fix usually goes out to everybody.
- Do unused packs roll over?
- No. The allowance resets on the first of the month.
- Is there a contract?
- No. It is a monthly subscription and you stop it when you want to.
