How it works
From a sale on your street to a pack on their doormat.
There are four steps and only the first one is yours. Everything after that happens while you are on site, and you get a finished pack to look at before anything goes out.

Draw your patch
Open the map and draw round the area you work in. Smaller, deliberate areas work best. Give it a name and you are done.
You can hold more than one patch, so the village you grew up in and the estate on the other side of town can both be on your board without everything in between coming with them.

A house sells, and it lands on your board
When a house sells on your patch, we know. It appears on your board with the address, the date it sold and what it went for.
Nothing is sent anywhere on its own. You look down the list and choose which ones are worth a pack. A three bed semi with a kitchen from 1998 is worth one. A new build is not.
On the board
- Every sale inside your patch from the last 120 days.
- The address, the date it sold and the price it went for.
- One button to start a pack for it. Nothing happens until you press it.
- Houses you have already packed are marked, so you never do one twice.

We design their actual room, three ways
Not a showroom shot and not a stock kitchen. The room they have just bought, with the same walls, the same window and the same view out of it, fitted out properly in the three styles you sell.

It goes through their door
Four sheets of A4 landscape, printed in your brand colour, addressed to the new owners of that house. We print it and post it for you.
You can also download the print-ready PDF and take it to your own printer, or hand it to whoever does your signage. It is yours either way.
Print and post is charged at cost and the price is shown before anything is sent.
