From a sale on your street to a pack on their doormat.
You do three things. Everything else happens while you are on site, and you see the finished pack before anything is printed.
1. Draw the area you cover
Open the map and draw a line round the area you work in. We call that line your patch. Smaller areas work best. Give it a name and you are done.
You can have more than one patch, so the village you grew up in and the estate on the other side of town can both be covered without everything in between.
A single patch can be up to 150 square kilometres, and all of your patches together up to 300 square kilometres.
While you draw, the map shows how many houses sell inside your line in a typical month, so you know whether the area is worth having before you save it.
You can redraw a patch, or add and remove patches, whenever you like.
2. A house sells, and you pick it from your list
Every house sale in England and Wales is a matter of public record. When one is inside your patch, it is added to your list with the address, the date it sold and the price.
Nothing is sent anywhere on its own. You look down the list and choose which ones are worth a pack. A three bed semi with a kitchen from 1998 is worth one. A new build is not.
What your list shows
- Every sale inside your patch from the last 120 days.
- The address, the date it sold and the price it went for.
- One button to start a pack for it. Nothing happens until you press it.
- Houses you have already sent a pack to are marked, so you never send one twice.
3. Press send, and we do the rest
We take the kitchen photos from the property listing and redraw that exact room: the same walls, the same window, the same layout. It is drawn three times, once in each of the three styles you have chosen, with real ovens, hobs, sinks and taps in every design.
You look at it, then it goes through their door
The finished pack is shown to you first. If a design is not good enough, delete it and it does not count towards your monthly packs. If you are happy, press send. We print it and post it for you. Four sheets of A4 landscape in your brand colour, addressed to the new owners of that house.
You can also download the print-ready PDF and take it to your own printer. It is yours either way.
Printing and postage are charged at cost, and the price is shown before anything is sent.

These designs show what your kitchen could be. They are not a quote, and nothing has been measured.
That sentence is printed on the last page of every pack. You have not measured anything, and the new owner can see that. The only thing you are committing to is the phone number on the page.
