What you do
Three things, and none of them need a computer you do not already have.

1. Draw the area you cover
Open the map and draw a line round the streets and estates you work. A few minutes, once. Change it whenever you like.

2. Pick a sale from your list
When a house inside your line is sold, it is added to your list with the address and the date. You choose which ones get a pack.

3. Press send
We design the kitchen, you look at the pack, and if you are happy you press send. We print it and post it. You never touch a printer.

Every pack is designed in three styles. You choose which three from the stock library, and you can swap them whenever you want. The next pack uses the new set.
Upload photos of kitchens you have finished and every pack gets a fourth design in your own look, drawn to match your doors, handles, worktops and colours, and named after your business.
You can also name the ovens, hobs, sinks and taps you fit, and they turn up in the designs and get credited on the page.
What it costs
Your first 3 packs are free, and you do not give us a card to make them.
After that it is Starter at £29 a month for 5 packs or Pro at £89 a month for 20 packs, plus VAT. Printing and postage are charged at cost and shown before anything is sent. You can cancel whenever you like.
The things fitters ask us before they start
- Does it take my time, and do I need to be good with computers?
- About ten minutes to set up, once: your logo, your phone number, the three styles you fit, and a line round the area you cover on a map. After that we tell you when a house sells and you press one button. If you can send a text, you can do this.
- Am I promising something? Will they think it is a quote?
- No. The pack says, in print, that the designs show what the kitchen could be and are not a quote. You have not measured anything and the pack says so. The only thing you are committing to is answering the phone.
- Is it legal to post to a house that has just sold? Will it look creepy?
- Yes, it is legal. House sales are a matter of public record, the pack is addressed to "The Homeowner" rather than a name, and it goes through the letterbox like any other post. Anybody who asks not to hear from you again is taken off and never gets another.
- Will it make me look cheap, like a leaflet?
- It is four pages of A4 on good paper, in your colours, showing their actual kitchen. Nobody else who has posted through that door has drawn their kitchen.
- What does it cost, and can I stop?
- Your first 3 packs are free, with no card. Then £29 a month for 5 packs or £89 a month for 20 packs, plus VAT. Printing and postage are charged at cost and shown before anything is sent. Cancel whenever you like.
- What if the designs are wrong, and that reflects on me?
- The designs are generated by AI, and sometimes a detail is wrong: a handle, a socket, a tap. You see every pack before it is printed. If one is not good enough, delete it and it does not count towards your monthly packs.
- Is anyone else in my area getting the same thing?
- We do not promise you an area to yourself. What makes a pack yours is your own photos: upload kitchens you have fitted and every pack carries a fourth design in your style, with your name on it, so you are advertising your work and not ours. Do it before the fitter down the road does.
